Fruit

Hard-boiled eggs

Jello (get all mid-western with it and add pineapple rings or banana slices!)

Kettle Corn (yes... most microwave kettle corn contains no soybean oil, confirm on package before buying as ingredients sometimes change)

Wheat Thins Flatbread, Tuscan Herb flavor (crackers do not contain milk or soy ingredients)

Rice cakes (plain and kettle corn flavor - confirm on package before buying)

Sun Chips by Frito Lay (contain no soybean or milk ingredients)

Frozen fruit bars - the kind that are pure fruit contain no milk or soy ingredients.

Sorbet - many sorbets are dairy-free, like Savino brand. Unfortunately, all of Häagen-Dazs' sorbets may contain traces of milk protein, according to the company's web site.

Healthy Times Whole Grain Maple Arrowroot Cookies - soy free, wheat free and dairy free (yes these are for toddlers, but why can't Mom enjoy them too?)

Some brands of salsa contain soybean oil, so check ingredients carefully before purchasing.
