Breakfast Ideas

You're busy! Here are some quick breakfast ideas that don't contain milk or soy products:


Whole Wheat Bagels (Thomas' was what I ate; confirm on package before buying as ingredients sometimes change) - toasted with peanut butter and/or jelly instead of cream cheese or butter

Eggs - hard boiled or cooked the way you like them with olive oil or pure canola oil (most "vegetable" oils contain soybean oil)

Fruit

Oatmeal - packets are good/easy, but avoid the "fruit & cream" flavors. Add your own fruit and/or nuts!

Mestemacher Bread - A pre-packaged, hearty, whole-grain German bread. Most varieties are both milk-free and soy-free. If your local grocery store doesn't carry this item, you can order supplies through Amazon at the following links:  3 Grain, Fitness Bread, Sunflower Seed Bread.
